Exercise
Yoga
Yoga combines controlled breathing, flexibility, and bodyweight strength through flowing sequences and held poses. Prioritize proper alignment and breath synchronization over speed; engage your core in all movements and never force deeper ranges of motion.

How to do it
Step by step
- Start in a comfortable seated or standing position and establish steady, deep breathing (ujjayi breath).
- Move through a series of poses, holding each for 3-5 breaths while maintaining proper spinal alignment.
- Engage your core and distribute weight evenly through your entire body in weight-bearing poses.
- Link breath to movement—inhale on expansion, exhale on contraction.
- End with a 5-10 minute relaxation pose (Savasana) to complete the session.
